All technical features included
For our Hosting services you can share capacity of your selected package with all the technical features we offer for individual web hosting services. With the Tukkuhotelli service, you get access to the WHM management interface through which you share the capacity between the websites you’ve created.
You can always increase your service according to your needs. Domains can be obtained through us or directly from your own service provider. Named servers belong to domain names in the Tukkuhotelli service at no additional charge.
Billing, delivery, and contract terms, and instructions
We deliver services when the first billing period has been paid. The invoice can also be paid online when ordering, so the service is available immediately.
- When subscribing via invoice, please note that it will take approx. two full business days for the invoice to be processed, after which we will provide the service.
- We charge services in 3, 6, or 12 month periods.
- At the end of a contract period, you will receive a new bill to continue services.
- Private customers have a 14 day right to return services under the Customer Protection Act.
- When delivering a service, you will receive an email containing user ids and a guide for use of the service.
