Connecting a domain (domain name) to a web hosting service
Each of our web hosting services will be associated with 1 private free domain name, that is, a domain subscription. The price of the domain is added to the cost of the web hosting service, and no additional costs will be incurred. Domain names start at 0.80 €/mo. The Fi domain registration for web hosting is 1.50 €/month (the billing period is 1, 3, or 5 years). It is possible to attach more than one parallel domain at an additional charge.
You can also move an existing domain from one service provider to another. You will receive transfer instructions when ordering. When ordering a domain transfer, select the option which states the domain is registered to you and you’d like to order a transfer. You can also direct your domain traffic from your current service provider to Louhi’s web hosting service.
Billing, delivery, and contract terms, and instructions
We deliver services once the first billing period has been paid. The invoice can be paid online as an online payment when ordering, and the service will be available in a matter of minutes!
- When ordering a service to invoice, please note that it will take approximately two full business days for the invoice to be registered, after which we will provide the service.
- We charge in 3, 6, and 12 month periods.
- At the end of the contract period, you will receive a new bill to continue the service.
- Private customers have a 14 day right to return purchased services under the Consumer Rights Protection Act.
- When delivering the service you will receive an email list and a guide to using the service.
